What we collect

Your name, email, phone and anything you write in a form on our site. We also collect basic website usage data through cookies and analytics.

Sometimes we receive your details from a third party, such as a referral partner or advertising platform. If that happens, we’ll let you know.

Why

To reply to you, provide our services, improve our website, send marketing if you’ve asked for it, and meet our legal obligations.

Who sees it

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the providers who help us operate: our website host, email platform, and analytics and advertising tools like Google and Meta, or where the law requires it. Some store data overseas, and we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

Cookies and marketing

Cookies help our site work and show us how it’s used. You can switch them off in your browser. We only send marketing if you’ve opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and keep it only as long as we need it.
